Have to flush cache after every update

I've had a strange problem for the past couple months. After every page or post update, my changes don't appear to be live. I was able to trace this issue back to the cache. Using the "flush cache" feature after I update my pages seems to work. But it's getting a little annoying...like I said, I have to do this after EVERY update.

Does anybody know if there is a way to make this occur automatically? Or a way to turn off the cache? Or any other options I may not be aware of?

    Hello there,

If you are using any cache plugin like WP rocked etc. or GoDaddy Server caching you could set the cache expiry for every update of the post or everyone's in a while in caching plugin settings
