    plug-ins won't work

I am in a catch 22:Site health gives me an error "action_schedular_run_queue failed to run."

I have tried to go back a click on php and then re-upgrade back to 7.3. I have tried to delete and reload the plug in with no luck. Things just won't post! I tried GoDaddy tech support. This is any plug-in that requires posting.

I would suggest rolling back to an earlier version of the site - assuming this is on Managed WordPress you should be able to go back 30 days - I would do both the database and files as something has gotten out of sync
