Changing DNS

Im trying to change my nameservers over to siteground - Ive put the siteground ones in but keep getting the message:

There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If the error continues contact support at 02 8042 8920.

 

Ive tried around 10 times now, checking & rechecking they are exactly the same Siteground provided.

 

Ive tried private/incognito with no luck.

 

Any deas??

Welcome to the Community!

Were you able to resolve your problem and get the nameservers added? We recommend taking this action (nameserver change) in a private/incognito browsing window to avoid caching in your system. If that does not resolve the issue, you'll need to check with your hosting provider to confirm the validity of the nameservers they've provided for your use.
