    Client wants all email routed to one email to monitor, but still go to perspective people

    I am perplexed, maybe you can help me. My client has about 20 email accounts for trainers listed under CPANEL. She wants to monitor all email coming into the accounts without letting them know she is monitoring them. So she wants to forward all email to her as well as going to the right email account. I am stumped on how to do this.. HORDE and ROUNDCUBE do not have a POP account option in them. Any suggestions...

    I believe the only way to do this is with a server level filter which requires a VPS, not just a cPanel account.

     

    This assumes you are VPS and have access to WHM https://www.contrid.co.za/2015/05/cpanel-copy-someone-on-all-incomingoutgoing-emails/
