Hi,
Without publishing private details, I will refer to our domain as "mydomain.com".
We have successfully created a mail forward rule, so that all the emails that are sent to contact@mydomain.com will be forwarded to user1@gmail.com.
We want to create a new rule so that all the emails that are sent to contact@subdomain.mydomain.com will also be forwarded to user1@gmail.com.
I noticed that we had 2 MX records, with name "@" and values: "mailstore1.europe.secureserver.net (Priority: 10)", "smtp.europe.secureserver.net (Priority: 0)", so I created 2 new MX reccords, with name "subdomain" and the same values.
Then I created the mail forwarding rule from "contact@subdomain.mydomain.com" to "user1@gmail.com" (which seems to have been created successfully) - but when I try sending mail to "contact@subdomain.mydomain.com" I get an "Address not found" reply.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have also added an A record named "subdomain" to the same ip address as the "@" A record. I waited few hours and eventually it worked.
