DNS Error: 2763561 DNS type 'mx' lookup

I recently moved my domain and hosting from BlueHost to GoDaddy.

I moved two domain at the same time.  One is, tonysuhy.com and one is kingsweat.com.

I moved the MX and NS servers over and everything seemed to work just fine; however, some of my email is not flowing properly with tonysuhy.com.

I can email out from tonysuhy.com but I can't email back from another domain i.e. connectedgeek.net (both are on the gsuite platform).

I have received emails from facebook.com, microsoft.com, godaddy.com, ebay.com and other high end domains.

I know domains can take up 48 hours to propagate, but the kingsweat.com (with the same DNS and MX records), is working just fine.

Any suggestions.

Here is the bounce back:

tonysuhy.com mail is handled by 5 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.

tonysuhy.com mail is handled by 10 alt4.aspmx.l.google.com.

tonysuhy.com mail is handled by 5 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.

tonysuhy.com mail is handled by 10 alt3.aspmx.l.google.com.

tonysuhy.com mail is handled by 1 aspmx.l.google.com.

@TonySuhy, funny I found them though...............

Re: DNS Error: 2763561 DNS type 'mx' lookup

@Anonymous</a> thank you.  I found that too

i.e.

https://www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=tonysuhy.com%0D%0A&type=MX&trace=on&ns=resolver&useresolver=8.8.4.4&nameservers=

and

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3atonysuhy.com&run=toolpage#

However, email is still bouncing from other domains when they send to tonysuhy.com.

Any other suggestions?

Re: DNS Error: 2763561 DNS type 'mx' lookup

Hi @TonySuhy,

I was able to connect to your mail servers no problem at all, though when I tried to send a test message, spam filters blocked it (it makes not the slightest the content, it's where it come from with Google mail). Google Mail is a real pain often........ change it!! All free things are not good! There are more problems here with google mail than any other..........

Re: DNS Error: 2763561 DNS type 'mx' lookup

@Anonymous</a> I agree that free is not always good; however, even though you can connect to the mail servers... you answer that is it spam filters doesn't make since.

When I send an email to tonysuhy.com from connectedgeek.net, I get this message every time.  A failure message a lot different than a spam filtered message.

Any other suggestions?

Re: DNS Error: 2763561 DNS type 'mx' lookup

Hi @TonySuhy,

My reply doesn't seem to make sense because of my methods and my setup, I didn't say that the problem was spam settings.....................

  1. I check to see what mail servers handle your email.
  2. I check that I can connect.
  3. I check that your email address is correct and that I can send mail.
  4. I look for a sign it's sent, or failed and any error codes / messages.

step 1,2,3 tick yes. I could connect, and send, but my message got rejected, though it did reach your mail servers. Over zealous Google mail though decided my message must be spam, because I only can surmise that I run my own server.... oh oh, must be spam!! Rubbish!! It's only gmail that does this...................... believe me, it's CRAP!! (and that's my professional opinion).
