Email account deleted after payment failure - recovery?

I wasn't receiving my emails about payment method failure due to an error. I remedied the payment issue today after discovering the problem. The products were "protected" so they were not unowned. 


My email account is gone. (Well, everything is gone). I had a lot of extremely vital and personally valuable emails there that I need to recover. Is there a way to do this?
