Sometimes when I attempt to attach a document to my email in Workspace, the attachment button is unresponsive, even if I wait and come back and try again later. Other times it works, but lately it seems to be unresponsive more and more. Does anybody know why the attachment button may be unresponsive?
The next time you experience that issue, I'd recommend testing access to your email account from a different web browser to see if you can complete the attachment process that way.
