Below is what I can find about settings for email forwarding. I assume my issue about emails not arriving (none arrives and none bounce) is the lack of MX records but I have no idea where to edit them and what the values should be.
Did you change hosting providers or nameservers? If so, you would need to enter the DNS settings shown in the screenshot you provided, using your hosting or DNS provider's interface.
