From looking at the MX record for inbetween.com you are using Office 365
Are you using https://godaddy.cloud-protect.net ? in addition to your Office 365 account -
If so that is where you would whitelist / adjust and spam settings
If not this would be something within Office 365 - Generally I though the way to "Whitelist" in Outlook if not running a specific filter is to add the sender to your address book
Here is something that can provide some more information https://www.godaddy.com/help/edit-spam-settings-with-the-encryption-add-in-23947

inbetween.com and inbetween.de are not hosted on Godaddy they are directly hosted with Office365 online with Microsoft. So we cannot ask our client companies to use godaddy.cloud-protect.net... Is there is any configuration possible for whitelisting for inbetween.in domain which is using Godaddy Professional Email hosting.

This is just one of the emails which were blocked by Godaddy SPAM filter. What we are looking for is a whitelisting of email ids sent by list of safe senders. It's not possible to contact each and every one of our business clients and ask them to make changes to their emails to fit Godaddy policies. Sometimes emails for registering on websites like adobe.com for creative cloud get blocked for no reason, our employees are unable to register for online services. So what we actually want is, to list adobe.com or any such email contacts whom we interact with to a safe sender list/whitelist so that the important emails are not lost and it does not affect our business.

Is it possible to configure this spam filter for all email mailboxes centrally from some admin settings?
Also, we tried this for 1-2 users, still incoming emails are getting blocked.
1) No this is an account by account setting
2) GoDaddy doesn't allow for adjustments to the MIME limit by the end user
From what I've read this is a quasi-spam issue as it is moreso a security issue - as I used in my previous email, it's based on the number of attachments - so if you are saying message from your .com and .de domains to the .in domain are being blocked - what happens if you just send a message that says "this is a test"
If that fails (assuming it is in HTML) I would ask if you have any images or other content in a signature - if so try it without the signature or in plain text mode
Assuming it has now gone through you can then start to look at how that is coded
This is also assuming you are getting the same Too many MIME error

Hi @PL281
1. Please understand "MIME size check" is only one of sample cases of emails getting blocked by Godaddy. Resolving only this email error will be of very little help, as many important emails are blocked on daily basis by Godaddy
2. I never asked for adjustments to the MIME limit by the end user
I will once again mention this,
What we actually want is the whitelisting / defining the safe sender list of trusted email ids of our clients and customers so that Godaddy does not block important emails from them.
It puts us in a bad spot to ask the customers to make technical changes to their email and resend them if GoDaddy blocks their emails. Also, these resolutions doesn't work most of the times. The same emails are accepted on Office365 or other email services to which they send to.
This is why it's important to us to whitelist trusted email senders. Frankly, I think this is very basic administration feature expected from any email hosting solution. It is a lot of manual work for us to open all 35-40 email account and set the spam filter individually for each of email ids.
Ok - Understood now on the first part - That wasn't clear that was just an example
A couple of things
1) There is Whitelisting - as shown here - if things are being blocked even after adding them to the whitelist I would suggest disabling the spam filtering check box and see if that lets them through
2) To you point about having 40 accounts to touch - The WorkSpace email is different than having an email server - it's just individual accounts - so there is no global / admin feature to do master control the way you are asking - again these are just basic POP/IMAP accounts.
It seems like the WorkSpace email might not be the right fit for your needs - One suggestion I have if this isn't meeting your needs and you don't want the expense of O365 is either Zohomail or OpenSRS
Both are paid solutions - OpenSRS is also just POP/IMAP, but things are done at a domain level so you have some additional controls ZohoMail is more like Outlook online but at a fraction of the cost of O365
The other question / option is if these aren't different companies (.com .de and .in) - can you add the domain to your existing O365 account and set up aliases to existing mailboxes
I hope this helps point you in the direction you need.

Hi @PL281
As I have mentioned this later, even after defining this whitelist,
Still, I am unable to receive the email with below settings
I absolutely agree with you Godaddy workspace mail is definitely not suitable for organizations who want any minimal administration control.
Yes .in, .com and .de are managed by different teams, Still, we tried to set up the aliases like you suggested, even the emails sent to the aliases or distribution groups are blocked !!
It seems there is no other solution than to look for other options than GoDaddy workspace email.
Yes, You are right... godaddy services is too much poor and irritated. They never give you proper solution and close your services request left between without intimating you. Even while selling their product they didn't let you know all the things and later on we find so many hidden things. Their aim is to take sale from customer and nothing else.
I am suffering from their irritated/frustrated/irritated services from last 1 year and going to switch..
We have auto responder fearture in cpanl email hosting but when use it then it didn't work. Its work on only those who have associated with godaddy. gmail/rediff/yahoo or any other domain are not getting any auto responder. I have raised request on 9-10th Jan but they didn't give solution and close the request. When I ask them then I got reply that they are not give email support .. wowwwwwww what a services. My some clients are not getting mails but the reply from godaddy services is nothing...Same things happened so many times with us.
You should also take proper action.
Thanks
