I'm emailing a contactand keep receiving a bounce back message. They have logged my email account as "safe" within their system and it doesn't resolve the problem. It looks like they have a Symantec email overlay within their system. Not sure if this is causing the issue or not. Anyone else run into this one???

What is your domain name - it seems as if you might have an SPF record that is blocking mail being sent from your server.
