email set up to outlook, but on web email sent items not updating
We hired employee and assigned an email to him, he was able connect his account to his outlook and use. I am being as an admin i thought i have access to his emails but it looks i can only see his inbox email not the sent emails. Is that right ?
Hey @sirisarathi, or seems like you have Workspace email from the question? Are you trying to see how you can administer user accounts from Workspace email?
In your dashboard panel you can see all of the addresses you created and do things like change quotas, reset passwords and access mailboxes. Check out Managing email plans and addresses and Workspace Email Help. If you're referring to another email service please tell us which one. I hope that helps?
