Has anyone ever had an office 365 premium account resold from GoDaddy suddenly become unlicensed in Microsoft's 365 admin center? therefore blocking all access to 365 apps at portal.office.com and blocking the users mailbox.
GoDaddy being their usual unhelpful selves just tell us to wait 72 hours.My users can't be without email for that extended period of time.. so any help and advice would be much appreciated.
