I uploaded a theme I bought from themeforest/envatothemes and I successfully uploaded the theme, however to get the design aspect of the theme I need to Import the Demo. When I try to import the demo it gives me an error stating "
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
Any help would be appreciated.

I would concur that it is the the theme -
If you go to https://myh.godaddy.com -> your WordPress Site -> Tools -> File Manager
You should be able to "open" the wp-config.php file then scroll down to debug_mode and click the edit button at the bottom and change false to true and save
Then try to run the import - it "may" then tell you what the error is vs getting just an error screen.

Managed Wordpress I believe
The theme is names MediBuds, I bought it through ThemeForest/EnvatoThemes
If it is managed WordPress it will have a managed wordpress menu in the top tool bar.
Does any of the content get imported (media / pages) or does the whole thing fail?

I believe the whole thing fails completely.
If you can go into the file manager from the hosting dashboard and enable debug mode (Edit the wp-config.php and set debug to true) and then try the import again.
On the managed platform you don't have access to the error_log so it's hard to say what specifically it causing the error

I don't think I can do that. I talked with GoDaddy support and they told me there werent any issues with the back end, it must be the theme having issues.
