Sorry to hear about your troubles, however, none of us here in the Community Forums can help you. Smiley Sad  We don't have access to your account or the backend server to know what the issue is.


Your best bet is go give support a call again and let them know exactly what you are experiencing and when, they are the only ones who can help you in this situation.
