We have the same problem as this post below:
We tried to open the login URL on different updated browsers but to no luck, it still displays the same screen.
"Set to default" button doesn't work.
Any advice on how to work around this bit of problem.

As suggested in the thread you mentioned, I suggest you call Support so that they can review your account in detail. They can be reached through any of the numbers on this page:
We followed your Advice.
We called tech support and they fixed it.
Just to clarify, since the link I posted relating to our problem did not state how it was resolved.
It was problem with the css and they were able to fix it.
By accessing and viewing the problem in WHM.
