first website content disappeared, and website started to show error 403 forbidden ,so i decided to upload a jpa file (akeeba backup). i used FTP ,i faced no issues ,but i can not extract it regarding the same error 403 i deleted them !!
then i tried to use (Re-install Default Scripts Directory) from form mail !! also no success
and tried to call hosting support twice they put on hold till my credit finishes !! is there any solution for me
Thank you for posting. A 403 error is usually associated with permission issues or the absence of content. If you have content uploaded to the root of your hosting account with an index file and you're getting a 403 error, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to have them review the site.
