If you have more than one domain, do you need a cpanel for each domain?
I have other domains parked else where, I want to transfer them to godaddy, but I cant find an answer to whether or not I have to purchase cpanel for each domain.
No, you can have multiple different websites with a Deluxe or higher hosting plan. If you have a Basic or Starter plan it would need to be upgraded.
