Managing Clients through GoDaddy Pro

After adding clients to your GoDaddy Pro account (more info), you can enter their accounts to get to work, request Access level changes, and more.

To Manage Your Clients

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy Pro account.
  2. Click the client you want to use.
  3. Click one of the following:
    Click What it does...
    Manage Products Enter the client's Account Manager through Account Access (more info)
    Access level (Change) Request a new Access level to manage the client's account through Account Access (more info)
    Add Products Send the client a shopping cart with product you recommend purchasing (more info)
    Performance Access monitoring tools to check your clients' websites' performance (more info)
