Retiring Reseller Hosting
After a recent review of all our hosting offerings, we decided to retire Reseller Hosting. This decision was not made lightly. It will allow us to focus our efforts on improving our current products and services and make way for new ones.

Does this decision affect the GoDaddy Reseller Program?
No. This is decision not related to, nor does it affect the GoDaddy Reseller Program.
How do I keep my Reseller Hosting plan?
Unfortunately, your Reseller Hosting plan will be deactivated on the date that was provided to you via email, and you will no longer have access to it.
Does this affect my GoDaddy account?
No. Your GoDaddy account is different from your Reseller Hosting plan. This change only affects the Reseller Hosting product you have purchased.
Will I lose my domain?
No. The removal of Reseller Hosting has no effect on your domains.
When will my Reseller Hosting account stop working?
You'll receive a 30-day email notice, which includes your account's expiration date. You'll also receive a 5-day email notice reminding you of the expiration date.
What actions do I need to take?
We are currently in the process of migrating the content from your WHMCS Server to a new VPS (Virtual Private Server), which will give you access to WHM and your website(s).
What do you need to do? You do not need to do anything at the moment. We will send an email once the migration to the new platform is complete.
Additional Information — PLEASE read: If you do see a new VPS inside your account, PLEASE do not touch, remove or access it while we are working on the migration; doing so may interfere with our efforts.
