Set my recovery email address
Adding a recovery email address helps you reset your Office 365 password online. If you forget your password, a reset password link can be sent to your recovery email address.
- Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Manage next to the email address you want to edit.
- Under Account information, select Add recovery email. (If you've already set a recovery email and you want to change it, select Edit.)
- Enter your Recovery email and select Save.
You'll see a confirmation message letting you know that your recovery email was added.
