Use PayPal Here and Stripe
Note: This article is intended for the stand-alone Get Paid product that is now a tier of GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping. As such, some of these instructions may not apply to your Online Bookkeeping account.
Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid will help you accept payments whether you see your customers face-to-face or if you bill your customers using invoices with PayPal Here and Stripe. Check out the differences between the two payment options.
PayPal Here
PayPal Here is a mobile card reader that lets you swipe your customers' credit cards. Your payments will be distributed directly into a PayPal account that you manage.
To set up PayPal Here with Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid
If you already have a PayPal Here account, you can link to the account when you set up Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid.
If you do not already have a PayPal Here account, you'll get a PayPal Here card swiper for free when you set up an Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid account. (PayPal activation is optional.)
Stripe
Stripe is an online payments solution for accepting credit cards. Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid uses Stripe credit card processing to accept online credit card payments for invoices.
To set up Stripe with Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid
To enable Stripe credit card payments, you will need to fill out a short sign up form during the Online Bookkeeping - Get Paid set up process.
